You would think this was easy, but the curvature of the megaphone, combined with the view of the letters from 50 feet away made this project a bit more difficult than originally thought. After applying what I though was the correct size, I found that perception was going to win out over logic. So we pulled original letter off, sketched on the megaphone with non marking pencil what it should be, put a piece of paper over it, traced it, scanned it into the computer, and manipulated the letter to fit, ran out vinyl again and applied. I guess old dogs forget tricks some days, but in the end, they looked great. I wish I had a picture of the cool signs we made for the squad.
